Ellen Neufeld, MSN, CRNA, APRN
Nurse Anesthesiologist | Nurse Medical Director | Owner
With over 27 years of nursing experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse and challenging environments, from the ICU to the NICU, and for the past 20+ years as a Nurse Anesthesiologist. While I’ve always found my work fulfilling, I began to feel that something was missing. The nature of anesthesia care, with its brief patient interactions, left me yearning for deeper connections. In addition, the physical demands of the job and balancing family life made it hard to prioritize my own well-being.
After struggling with my own health and noticing the lack of holistic care in many clinics, I realized I wanted to create a practice that addressed the root causes of health concerns, rather than focusing on quick fixes. In 2017, I founded Aviva Med Spa with a mission to provide women with personalized, whole-body care. At Aviva, we focus on more than just aesthetics—we take the time to understand our clients’ unique needs and work together to create customized treatment plans that nurture both their physical appearance and overall well-being.
What I love most about Aviva is the relationships we build with our clients. We’re not just a med spa; we’re a family. Seeing the transformations in our clients, not only in their appearance but in their confidence and sense of well-being, has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I’ve been part of the aesthetics industry for the past four years, but my passion for all things beauty has been a constant throughout my life. From makeup and skincare to hair care and nails, I’ve always been fascinated by the art of self-care. When I moved to Colorado in 2021, I felt ready for a career change, and becoming an esthetician truly felt like my calling.
I am deeply passionate about working with clients to understand their unique needs and helping them feel more confident in their skin. At Aviva Med Spa, we prioritize building personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual. I firmly believe that skincare and aesthetic treatments are not a “one-size-fits-all” approach, which is why I’m committed to continually learning about the latest trends and advancements in the industry to offer our clients the best care possible.

As Aviva Med Spa’s Front Desk Coordinator and Social Media Manager, I bring a warm, welcoming presence to the office and a keen eye for digital engagement. Originally from Mississippi, I moved to Colorado after earning my degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi. I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people, and as the first point of contact for patients at Aviva, I thrive on the daily opportunity to check in with each guest and ensure they feel well cared for and valued.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on various social media projects, but it was my deep passion for beauty and wellness that ultimately led me to the med spa industry. I’m grateful to have found a role at Aviva Med Spa where I can combine my love for skincare with my expertise in social media management. Today, I find immense fulfillment in helping clients feel more confident in their skin, guiding them on their personal journeys toward self-assurance and positive transformation.
