Ellen Neufeld MSN, CRNA, APRN
With over 27 years of nursing experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse and challenging environments, from the ICU to the NICU, and for the past 20+ years as a Nurse Anesthesiologist. While I’ve always found my work fulfilling, I began to feel that something was missing. The nature of anesthesia care, with its brief patient interactions, left me yearning for deeper connections. In addition, the physical demands of the job and balancing family life made it hard to prioritize my own well-being.
